Indicative programmes range from $500–$1,500.
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic programme whose components and suitability should be determined by a qualified practitioner.
Can I combine Ayurveda with yoga and meditation?
Yes. Programmes can be structured around your goals and the provider's clinical/wellness plan.
How long should I stay?
Programme length varies. The provider will recommend duration based on the selected programme.

What happens after I return to my home country if I have a problem?
Your care does not end when you return home. Before you leave India, Lagom will help you understand your discharge instructions, medications, follow-up schedule and whom to contact for any post-treatment concerns. If you develop a problem after returning home, you can contact the Lagom care team, who can coordinate with your treating hospital or specialist in India and guide you on the next steps. Depending on the situation, this may include arranging a remote consultation, reviewing new reports or test results, coordinating with your treating doctor, or advising you to seek immediate medical attention locally. For any serious or emergency symptoms, you should seek care at the nearest emergency facility in your home country immediately rather than waiting for a response from Lagom.
